Prior to opening restaurants Audrey Claire and Twenty Manning Grill 15 years ago, Audrey founded Doctors Without Borders and worked on the front lines with populations whose survival was threatened primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, and natural disasters. She now lives for Starbucks egg salad sandwiches and, rumor has it, taught Daniel Boulud everything he knows.
